By accessing and using this website ("Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Site. These Terms govern use of this website only, and they are separate from, and do not set the terms of, any paid consulting engagement (see Section 3).

Kunateh Impact Operations Consulting & Advisory ("Kunateh Impact," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides operations and leadership consulting advisory services to business owners, CEOs, and COOs. Through this Site, we publish articles and resources and accept inquiries from prospective clients. This Site does not offer a software subscription product, and using this Site does not, by itself, create a consulting engagement.

3. Consulting Engagements

Any paid consulting engagement with Kunateh Impact is governed exclusively by a separate, signed agreement between Kunateh Impact and the client. These website Terms of Service do not include, and should not be read to include, any consulting fees, payment schedules, refund terms, subscription terms, or other contractual service obligations, as those are set out only in that separate signed agreement.

This Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including our published articles and resources) are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

This Indiana governing law does not override, and is not intended to override, any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your own US state or under Canadian law. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
