Cohort programs, not one-day workshops

Corporate training it's real to call training.

A training program is a cohort journey, not a single working session. Week 1 starts with assessed baseline, weeks 2–N carry application assignments, and leadership reinforcement continues after the last session. Measured cohort outcomes, not anecdotal reports.

Program arc

A working rhythm that builds capability.

Week 1

Baseline

Working-style assessments on the cohort. Operating-model diagnostic per cohort member. Set the working outcomes each participant is responsible for.

Weeks 2–N

Build + Apply

Weekly working sessions with application assignments between. Assignments trace back to the participant's own operating outcome.

Mid-Program

Operating-Outcome Check-In

Each participant presents progress against their operating outcome. Cohort review with named course corrections.

Weeks N+1

Leadership Reinforcement

Each participant's manager joins a reinforcement working session. Cadence, KPI alignment, decision rights reviewed.

90-Day Re-Assessment

Measured Cohort Outcome

Re-measure against the operating outcome set at week 1. Cohort outcome report with what adoption kept and what it didn't.

Measured cohort outcomes

What gets measured, not just talked about.

The program isn't complete until cohort outcomes are measured against the operating outcome set at week 1. These are the four outcomes we measure.

Adoption

What percentage of cohort participants kept the working artifact live at the 90-day mark — operating dashboard, decision-rights table, cadence, KPI mapping, or program-plan.

Operating outcome

Each cohort member leaves with one named operating outcome, set at baseline. Measured at the 90-day re-assessment against whatever they themselves named.

Leadership reinforcement

Was the manager able to hold the participant accountable to the new working artifact — or did they fall back to old patterns? Reported aggregate.

Cohort retention

Fraction of the cohort that completed the program, dropped off, or transferred out. Reported at mid-program and at the final review.

Completion frame

A completion frame, not a marketing credential.

Cohort participants who complete the full program receive a frame that names their cohort, the year, and the operating-outcome measurement they met. This isn't a credential Abdul grants; it's a frame for the work the cohort did.

Certificate frame · Internal, not a public credential

Completion Frame · Cohort X / YYYY

Issued to participants who complete the cohort program and meet the 90-day operating-outcome measure. Not a paid credential; a frame for cohort-level working evidence.

Scope a cohort program.

Tell us about the cohort, the operating outcome you want to enable, and the leadership layer that will reinforce it. Abdul's team responds within two business days.
